Six months in, and so much already said without wo Six months in, and so much already said without words 🤍 A steady little sit, curious eyes, hands learning how things feel. This age is one of my favourites to photograph because it is where personality really starts to show, while they are still small enough to curl into a basket and feel safe there 🧺 This image is part of what I love most about being a people photographer 📷 It is not about perfect poses, but about noticing who a child is becoming and gently preserving that moment for their family. I am a people photographer based in Carlisle, Cumbria, specialising in family, maternity and newborn photography 🌿 Sessions are calm and baby-led, with time to pause when little ones need it. This stage is also the final chapter of my Life’s beautiful beginnings package 🤍 Three photo sessions capturing maternity, newborn photography usually within the first three weeks, and a little sitter session at around six months old, telling the story of your family’s earliest days. There is no single way to be pregnant and no singl There is no single way to be pregnant and no single way it should look 🤍 What matters is that it feels true to the person standing in front of the camera. This is why I photograph maternity the way I do 🌿 Calm, unhurried, and centred on the person rather than a pose. Flowing dresses, simple underwear, or something in between. Each choice tells part of the story, and each one is valid. Your partner and children can be part of your maternity session as well 🤍 Because this chapter is not just about one person, it is about the family you are growing. These images are about honesty. About strength and softness existing together ✨ About giving you space to be yourself in a moment already full of change.
