Carlisle Registry Autumnal Wedding

Carlisle Venues, Wedding Photography

Sometimes in life you meet the person you are destined to marry at a very early age, this is true for Amie and Johnjoe who first met when they were children.

They met again in their teens and became friends but Johnjoe had to move back to Scotland.

Some time later Amie and Johnjoe met up again and their relationship of best friends grew in to loving each other.

Their wedding in Carlisle was on a beautiful November afternoon.  Cold, but with a sun that was so low it shone through the Lady Gilford’s House beautiful windows in to the eyes of the registrar during their wedding.  The wedding was a very small gathering and with the help of the registrars was informal, full of fun and happiness.

After the ceremony we went in to the gardens of the Carlisle registry office for photos just as the sun set and it became too cold.
